What's the Ideal Timeline?
- Discovery Call (30 Minutes) – Set a call with us so we can identify your goals and objectives.
- Client Form Fill-up (1 Hour) – In order for us to activate your Booking Engine and Microsite.
- Client Prepares PayPal Account (1 Hour) – Upon activation, client provides Token key in order to connect your Payment Gateway.
- Booking Engine and Microsite Active (after 1-2 Weeks) – Booking Engine, Microsite, and Google Booking Links⁽¹ is activated and ready for selling.
- Add-on CMS and PMS connectivity – Provide details on how we can connect your booking engine to your CMS and PMS.

How does the cashflow work?
- All transactions go directly to the client hotel via (PayPal collection / Credit Card transaction / Payments upon arrival).
- First week of the succeeding month – Hotel approves final confirmed check-out bookings via the Reconcilliations tab.
- 10th day of the succeeding month – OLWC sends a booking engine fee invoice.
