What's the Ideal Timeline?
- Discovery Call (30 Minutes) – Set a call with us so we can identify your goals and objectives.
- Contract and Invoicing (1 Hour) – Ad campaigns start after contract and invoicing.
- Client provides Access (1 Hour) – Client provides Ad access to OLWC’s Ad account.
- Ad Campaign is Live (after 2 days) – Our ad campaigns are geared for conversion, if you don’t notice any change. Cancel any time.
What kind of support is available?
The PH team is available on weekdays from 9AM – 6PM.
How does the cashflow work?
- All transactions go directly to your booking engine via (PayPal collection / Credit Card transaction / Payments upon arrival).
- Every 30th of the month – Hotel approves final confirmed check-out bookings via the Reconcilliations tab.
- First week of the succeeding month – OLWC sends a booking engine fee invoice.
